It sounded like he was blaming Bush again and using it as an excuse for the next stimulus bill.
BØ chastized him today for making that remark. `Course Burr(head)ack was in russia at the time. Biden in Iraq, maybe they'll hook up in Afghanistan permanent like. We could look at the bright side, Biden could be president...
