About time. Finally coming to some kind of resolution.
At first the coe was going to plan on the same thing(behave) next year(because this flood was supposed to happen once every 500 years). The contractor from that stinkin norwaD kid brother, Canada said a month ago they weren't budging on the route. Either do it my way or not at all-like. Now, they're appearing to more flexible and willing to negotiate or renegotiate....from my view, anyway.
